Your Private, Safe AI Assistant

A personal AI agent that connects to your email, calendar, files, and tools — knows your routines, helps with the small stuff, and doesn't train on a single one of your conversations.

Connect Your Tools. Keep Your Control.

Read or read-write per integration. Capabilities you didn't enable don't exist as far as the agent is concerned.

Email

Gmail or Outlook. Read, draft, summarize, forward — with capability gating so the agent can't send without your say-so.

Calendar

Google Calendar or Outlook. Schedule, reschedule, check conflicts. Read-only by default until you flip the switch.

Files

Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion. Search, read, draft new documents. Your files stay in your accounts.

Work Tools

Connect Slack, Notion, Stripe, Ubiquiti, Cloudflare, Microsoft, and more — via MCP or direct integrations.

Privacy Isn't a Setting. It's the Architecture.

The safety stack isn't a toggle you turn on. It's how the platform was built, from the first commit.

Your data never trains our models.

Not your conversations, not your files, not your calendar. Your data is yours.

PII redacted before tools see it.

When the agent uses an external service, identifiers get replaced with placeholders. The third-party sees `[EMAIL]`, never the email.

Tokens never reach the model.

OAuth credentials live in an isolated tool executor. The AI never sees a secret. Even if it tried to leak one, it can't.

Every action logged for you.

Your audit log shows every tool call, every decision the agent made, every guardrail event. No surprises.

What People Actually Ask

Real requests from real users. The agent handles the small things so you can focus on the big ones.

"Summarize my inbox and flag what needs a real reply."
"Reschedule my dentist appointment to next Tuesday afternoon."
"Draft a polite decline for the meeting I don't want to attend."
"Find that doc from last quarter about the budget projections."
"Read this PDF and tell me what changed from the last version."
"Check the Cloudflare status of my production worker."
"Send a status update to my team in Slack when the deploy finishes."
"Set up a recurring weekly summary of my project tasks."

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Tech Ringer AI train on my conversations?

No. We don't train on your conversations, files, calendar, or any other personal data. Your data is yours.

What tools can I connect to my personal AI agent?

Email (Gmail, Outlook), calendar (Google, Microsoft), files (Drive, OneDrive, Notion), chat platforms (Slack), work tools (Stripe, Ubiquiti, Cloudflare, and more), plus any MCP server. New integrations land regularly — see /changelog for the latest.

Can the AI send emails on my behalf?

Only if you enable the send capability for that integration. Read access is on by default; write access is off until you toggle it. When write is off, the AI drafts the email and shows it to you instead of sending.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data on request, and we permanently delete it when you close the account. The tokens connecting your tools are revoked immediately on cancellation.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude are chat interfaces. A personal AI agent plans multi-step tasks and uses your connected tools — it can summarize your inbox, check your calendar, draft and send messages (if you allow it), and run repeating workflows. And our safety stack runs by default: PII redaction before any third-party LLM provider sees your data, capability gating on every tool, full audit log.

How does pricing work?

Tech Ringer AI uses credits ($1 = 1,000 credits). You get a $5 (5,000-credit) grant when you sign up, plus a recurring monthly grant on paid plans. Plans come in Entry, Premium, and Ultra tiers — see /pricing for current prices and the full breakdown.
