1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tech Ringer AI (the "Service"), operated by Tech Ringer AI LLC ("Tech Ringer AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations ("tenants") who access Tech Ringer AI through techringer.ai, techringer.net, or any associated APIs and integrations.

2. Description of Service

Tech Ringer AI is an AI-powered platform that provides:

• Multi-provider AI chat and workflow automation
• Tool integrations with third-party services (Google, Slack, Discord, etc.)
• Content safety and moderation guardrails
• AI image and media generation with safety filters
• Bot integrations for messaging platforms
• Workflow builder and scheduled automation

Features may change over time as we improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

3. Accounts

Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and OAuth connections. Notify us immediately at support@techringer.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organizations

Tech Ringer AI supports multi-tenant organizations. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing team membership, permissions, and compliance with these Terms within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety guardrails or content moderation
• Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or exploitation
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access in a way that degrades service for others
• Use the Service to build a competing product using automated scraping or data extraction

5. AI-Generated Content

Tech Ringer AI uses third-party AI models (including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI) to generate text, images, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it
• Tech Ringer AI does not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI outputs should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• Content moderation and safety filters reduce but do not eliminate the risk of harmful outputs

6. Third-Party Integrations

Tech Ringer AI allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Discord, Telegram, SMS providers). When using these integrations:

• You are responsible for any API keys, OAuth tokens, or credentials you provide
• You must comply with each third-party service's terms of use and policies
• Tech Ringer AI is not liable for issues arising from third-party service outages, policy changes, or data handling
• You may revoke third-party connections at any time from your Tech Ringer AI settings

7. Credits & Billing

Tech Ringer AI Credits

Tech Ringer AI offers an AI credit system for users who do not wish to provide their own API keys. Credits are consumed based on AI model usage and are non-refundable once used.

Starter Credits

New accounts receive a starter credit balance. Starter credit amounts and monthly credit grants may change at our discretion.

Payment Processing

Paid credit packages and subscriptions are processed through one of our payment providers (Stripe, Polar.sh, or Lemon Squeezy), depending on the product. By making a purchase, you also agree to the relevant provider's terms of service.

Refunds

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@techringer.ai and we will review your case.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Tech Ringer AI platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Tech Ringer AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate through Tech Ringer AI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of Tech Ringer AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tech Ringer AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Tech Ringer AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Ringer AI LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
